I.                   INTRODUCTION:
                 
      This century is acknowledged that a modern technologies era. Thus many    firms and Organizations found their difficulty to recruit qualified candidates meeting the responsibilities of the post. However, they have to making their decision to recruit nearest-qualified candidates in order to train them.  What is training?

II.                ADVANTAGE OF TRAINING:

      What is training?
      Training refers to a planned effort by a firm/organization to facilitate employee learning of job related competencies include knowledge, skills, or behaviors that are critical for successful job performance.

Advantage of training is for employees to master the knowledge, skill, and behaviors emphasized in training programs and to apply them to their day-to-day activities. For instant, an administrator was just recruited newly. He is qualified to most responsibilities of job description but network systems. So he needs to be sent to the short course on network system for basic understand. On the other hand, he was conducted job orientation since he started his work or he do not know where to start and how.

More over, he who want to maintain his job security he has to train himself continually in order to apply their knowledge to current work, and to share with colleague.

III.             CONCLUSION:
     
At last, training is considered the most important for both poor knowledge and well educated. It helps them to brush up their knowledge from time-to-time and serve their firm or organization toward well productive.
