Two Stars Hotel, Big Promotion for Seven Courses, One Incredible Night only.
Topaz has the respect and the delight of reporting that Chef Guy Lassausaie of Lyon will lead our next Etoilés Michelin du Topaz on 12 October with an inconceivable seven-course supper that he has assembled uncommonly for tonight. In a first for Topaz, Chef Lassausaie is the holder of not one but rather Two Michelin stars, an acknowledgment of the glow, liberality and tender loving care in his administration, his welcome and, obviously, his sustenance.
New on the foot rear areas of his choice as Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1993, Chef Lassausaie earned his first Michelin star very nearly 25 years prior, and got his second in 2009.
For 12 October, we're anticipating a shining night including artichoke, lobster and mushroom plate of mixed greens in a Calamansi vinaigrette, darker spread scallops, steamed brill on salsify, French venison prepared with the natural kinds of the Caribbean, thus considerably more.
Tickets for the occasion are simply $95 net, or $145 net including our painstakingly chose wine pairings. We suggest booking ahead of schedule as these will be gobbled up speedier than you can state "Oui Chef!".
