Family Resource Project with the mission to promote family strengthening as an approach to Service delivery that encourages and requires and we address the needs of not only the individual job seeker, but also the needs of individual’s family.  

We have been cooperating with different local NGOs in selecting poor women from different communities and train them on basic cleaning skills. We have been assisted them for job placements with different institutions around Phnom Penh.

We also have been offering basic cleaning skills training to cleaners who have been sent from different INGO, LNGO, Banks, MFIs, UN, Private Schools, Companies and Individual so that they can perform their job more effectively and sufficiency.

The course topics:

1.      Restroom Cleaning

2.      Lobby Cleaning

3.      Cafeteria/Kitchen Cleaning

4.      Office or Conference Room, meeting Room Cleaning

5.      Windows, Interior and Exterior

6.      Stairwells

7.      Trash Collection and Hygiene

8.      Mopping Floor

9.      Miscellaneous cleaning

10.  Cleaning Chemicals and Their Use

11.  Work Behaviors of a good cleaner

12.  Basic Protocol

13.  Personal Safety and healthy of cleaners

Methodology:

Ø  The participants will be encouraged to participate practicing after each session

Ø  The participants will be divided into small groups to do the tasks

Ø  Using visual support materials

                                

Training place:          Addressin  Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh

Training Duration:   5 days, study 8 hours a day
